Changfu Xu, Ph.D., from Hong Kong Baptist University, is a visiting scholar at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, mainly engaged in research in edge computing, reinforcement learning, and generative artificial intelligence. He has published more than 20 papers in international high-level journals and conferences such as IEEE TSC, IEEE TMC, IEEE/ASME TMech, ICDCS, IWQoS, and other international high-level journals and conferences (9 papers have been published as the first/total one/student first/corresponding author), and won the second runner-up of the IWQoS 2024 Best Paper Award, the third prize of the 4th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Outstanding Graduate Paper Competition, and the Outstanding Achievement Award of the 6th Interdisciplinary Frontier Forum.
