桂林電子科技大學(xué)獲批網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全一級博士點(diǎn)，既是機(jī)遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。

2017年在我校信息與通信學(xué)院招收第一位博士生，尚無太多經(jīng)驗(yàn)可寫。碩士生是從2009年開始招生，當(dāng)時條件十分艱苦，2009-2015年，學(xué)生數(shù)量基本上是每年一個，2016~2017每年各四個碩士生。

    可以看出，我校的研究生的來源，并不是特別的好，但各位同學(xué)在研究生期間，取得的成果，在同層次的學(xué)校中，還算可以。我想主要是以下幾個方面：

1. 選題不能太難，學(xué)生入學(xué)時基本上都是完全不了解學(xué)術(shù)，如果題目太難，下不了手，就會挫傷他們的積極性；

2. 題目不能太泛，一定要具體，讓學(xué)生能快速進(jìn)入問題，盡量不要讓學(xué)生自己在很泛的方向上自己找題目；

3. 以身作則不偷懶，只要不出差，每天和學(xué)生在一起，有問題及時討論。

   
   

     另外與學(xué)校這幾年的研究生培養(yǎng)上的大力支持，也是分不開的。對研究生的獎助學(xué)體系包括：廣西研究生創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目（3萬）、桂電研究生創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目（1萬）、優(yōu)秀碩士論文培育（1.5-2萬）、優(yōu)秀博士論文培育（3-4萬）、研究生國家獎學(xué)金（2萬）、學(xué)業(yè)獎學(xué)金（0.3-1萬）、優(yōu)秀研究生出國訪學(xué)（分為3個月、6個月、12個月，經(jīng)費(fèi)參照留學(xué)基金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。
